I have an Question If I wrap some crap and I sell it as something more expensiv could I get banned because of this?

No if you take a look on Blizzards rules. (Don't say you are a GM or npc something, that is included in the game)

But don't distend it! If you distend it, you it's possible you get an admonishment or a ban.
