WHAT ABOUR TIME TO GOT SOCKET ???

I HEARD ABOUT SOMETHING AND I WANT ASK U ABOUT IT....I HEARD ABOUT TIME TO GOT SOC ITEMS WHEN U DOING UPGRATE IN TC AS WELL....AND U HAVE 3 TIME TO GET SOC EVERY DAY...BUT IN THE NEXT DAY ITS WILL BE CHANGED...SO U HAVE TO REMEBER THATS TIME U GOT SOC LAST DAY.... I KNOW THIS IS VERY HARD TO BELIEVE BUT I KNOW NOOBS IN MY SERVER THAT GOT 5 SOC IN 1 WEEK BUT THEY DONT TELL ME ANY ABOUT THAT TIME.............. There aren't soc times. It's called metspamming because it simply(most of the time) requires you to spam large amounts of mets on items. It is believable that people got 5 socs in a week. I usually spam 200-400 mets every other day when I get home from school. I almost always get a soc, but I don't think there is a soc time even though almost every time I spam, I do it at a certain time. It also seems that the less people that are there(the less ping you got) increases your chance. I'm not saying that it does, I'm just saying that it seems that way for me because I only fail when there are 5+ people near me.
