Hey, problem with rsro char name creat

I have this problem when i start silkroad.exe with applocale
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I habe dieses problem wenn ich bei applocale die silkroad.exe auswähle und dann es starten will dann kommt dieser fehler:

Bitte hilft mir

You can try using a silkroad Copy/Paste tool, thats what i used when i created my name :-P

Need to use whit Russian Keyboard.
