How to get more exp in tg?

does anyone know how to get alot of exp in tg with an archer that has FIXED scatter?

uhhh
you stand between two stakes and down a little... and you have to have 4 stakes to right.... and then shoot (feel free to +K me)

look at where other archer stand and copy it
