best attribute points for wand users

hey guys.. i just need some help.
I'm trying to redistribute my attribute points so I can use wand. and I only have one DB which I dont want to waste.... so whats the best way to relot it?

The wand is lvl 126 (using it for leveling)

How many points goes to:

Strength
Agility
Vitality
Spirit

*note: Character is a Fire Tao

My suggestion..put enough in strength to equip it.
use a dex ring and put maybe 50 in agi
and put the rest in health

edit:and some in mana so u can cure yourself or w/e unless thats not important to you
