Server Emulation

Shouldn't it be possible to create a server emulator so that moneyart would actually be useable making it look like you've been traded that money by another player to the real server.

Is there of any kind a server emulator out now, and so far whats has been done with it?

As it has been said many times before me, editing the server side will increase your chances of getting banned.
