Which PServer is good ?

Hi Guys,
i will look for another Server now ( Eternity just pissed off a lot of ppl will left them DC Server now "again down" every day 3-5 times )
Before all say yes my is good i will ask for some things that server must have :

1.Free Item Mall ( All things of Nos , Res Rune .... )
2.Lapisa can buy from NPC self with Mounts ... ( not overpriced )
3.Good Drop Rates of lvl 5 and lvl 6 Lapis also Goddes Armor & Weapon


When someone know a server which has the most of my 3 Points above , give me a link to see Server Information and where i can download it and perhaps i come with some ppls to yours ;)

I will suggest UnderWorld altho Lapisia and Noss that negates a build have been removed in the interests of fair play.

Give it a try, it is the fairest server run for all the rite reasons
