Problem with iBot

Hi all

I got a problem,when i click on run cleint the client is starting but after 5 seconds the bot is closing without error and the client crash without error too.
Could some one help me? thank you

CTRL + ALT + DEL

Look for SRO_client.exe, and end process.

Check firewall settings, make sure iBot is allowed to access the network.

Restart computer if need be.

Run client again, let us know.
