ZSZC Problem Wrong order

Hell i have a problem i ordered 1 Million Silk and 1000 ZSP for My CHar on the Old server but i loged into my other account on the new Server and what i see that he has the 1 Million Sp and 1000 ZSP so GM Pls post here or write a Pm Thank YOu I hope you can change it.

I can proof that i dont use any ZSP and SP with Pictures.

yeah i have no problem to play with the other but the char with ht e silk and sp is lvl 5 and the chat who get the sp and sil is 94 xD
