Gem Composing

I think that this has to be one of the stupider idea of TQ because it is so unprofitable to compose gems simply because normal gems can be use for the blue mouse quest which can earn you way more money. Also I dont think people will be using this method to get super gems anytime soon because it takes 15 refined gems to get one super gem and that is totally stupid because who would waste 15 refined dragon which is worth 1db each and 800k to get a super dragon which is worth only 10-13 dbs most in my server. Maybe the gem composing is good for getting refined gems but I still think that doing the met quest with those normal gems will get you more money. I think the only exception to my previous statement is that if you were to compose normal dragon gems to refined ones because it is kind of worth it.

It might be good for some gems, and bad for others.

Ref nixes sell for around 850k in my server.. =
850 000 * 15 = 12 750 000 + 800 000 = 13 550 000.

Super nix sell for 35kk...35 000 000 - 13 550 000 = profit? 21 450 000m
12/04/2006 03:30 Mistalakeboy#4
the price is going to go down
12/04/2006 03:56 smoothjonny#5
yeah some will plummet but others will sky rocket... and it all depends on the server

but dont you think that people will start to figure this out and the price for ref nix will rise and the price for sup nix will fall anwayz I think this is kinda bs because it totally will remake the gem economy >.<

exactly. but it all depends on the server. because they are all vastly different. like some server's prices are backwards to the one i'm on... kinda funny at times to read the guys pricing guide... deffinately worth a flame. anywho, we'll have to see.

my theory is TQ keeps adding crap to keep us busy. honestly if they were trying to make real progress, they'd debug their software lolz. in conclusion TQ exists for our sheer amusement.

You won't have to do the blue mouse quest, monsters now drop normal gems, and mineing gem rate is going down.
