Comp Mess Up

Well i was hoping anyone could help me because i was lookin thru files and deletin some useless file when i deleted somethin i didnt noe, and everytime i start dat computer it says Cannot Find etc Press Alt+CTRL+Del To Reboot, and all dat, anyone noe how 2 fix it?

suggestion: if u have windows xp u should have systeemherstel or in englsih system recovery installed on ur pc. i had many pc problems liek u have now and with that almost all my problems vanquished/disappeared. so good luck with trying that if u ever read this post
