[HELP] MySql Register Page

Hey guys I have a small problem with my MySql register page. everytime I load the page the Account and Password box are already filled in with the username Admin and a password.

My question is.... Does anyone know how to fix this? It also happens in flatfile sources as well!

it can be with ur browser when its saving latest written things like username and pass so i think in the options is set to fill up automaticly latest written things well i never had this problem as i said it might be from browser side otherwise its the register page code
