metin2 private server LvL Show

hi i created a metin2 private server, right now im translating stuff and on my country's metin2 (PT) i found out that before the char's name its shows the level (like on the picture bellow). id like 2 know if i can do this on my server to, if it is possivel then can some1 explain how to do it plz?

Yeah, it's possible.
But then the alignment isn't showed.
