noone knows this

My noobisch question is: How can i open itemtype.dat with cotobo coz ive been getting errors: "unable to open itemtype.dat!"

then i also get this error at the same time: ¡ïASSERT(fp) in 3129 line of D:\ConquerII\Client\3DRole\Her o.cpp¡ï -- Tue Nov 28 12:35:17 2006


I guess noone knows how to solve the second problem, but i guess it can be solved when the first problem is solved. I've already tried stuff like downloading windows xp service pack 2 and wordperfect.

Any suggestions, solutions, explanations, are really appreciated. Thx for trying to help me.

(before this problem i had several other problems, like getting GameRole.dll, which are solved now. Since 2motnhs ago I've been trying to use the multiclient, without succes. And yes i've searched on this site, google etc

i guess u already reinstalled everything, but if not try that

im not that noobisch i know how to handle my pc so ive already got winrar. Though i need to know which program can open and read itemtype.dat and the other problem is that scripting error, which i think can only be solved by chocoman4k, tsu, programmer etc, smart people

so people help me or bump this page, ill consider the psot of evilreturned as bump so please... :?

what are you doin? use COtobo to open the conquer application... it's not to open the itemtype.dat, if you want to open the itemtype.dat you need a hex editor... trying to open COtobo with anything but an application will cause a run time error.

my pc tells me that cotobo cant open the itemtype.dat, so the reason of that must be that cotobo needs et


DM2000, thanks for trying to help, but i still get the same error. Its not that i cant search...i found lots of itemtype.dat from different people on this site...but i still get the problem cotobo cant open itemtype.dat

btw: im not too lazy to respond everyday its just that im waisting school atm and today ive reached the bottom of my schoollife...atleast i think (with bad notes
,no social problems)
