[NCsoft] Making Exteel Private Server

Okay, I know how to program in Java, SQL, & C#. I'm trying to modify the Exteel ini files that are encrypted to version 111 & version 414, I tried to repatch the System with a new RSA key but Exteel still wont run? Can someone help me make a patched Exteel so I can modify files???

Yeah, but I don't get how people can reencrypt the system with a new key??? Because almost every file is encrypted with encryption 111 or 414 so I'll have to reencrypt EVERY file with a new key... But it still wont work???

yo if can make a private server i know a lot of people who would be really into good luck with getting that up

What the heck are you talking about? Dont you know that after mmos close down it is usual for private servers to appear? That fbi close down happened in a game that is still up and running. NCsoft is not going to make more money with exteel, they have nothing to lose. So, you are saying, that because the game closed we do not have the right to keep playing?
