Need Help with eo pserver

My acc server still wont connect with the msg gameserver, and we have check everything to make sure that the acc server config and all the other stuff is the same as the msg gameserver, wat else could be causing the acc server not to connect with the msg gameserver, if i could get a reply soon for help, i would really appriseate it

check your shell.dat make sure mysql is running.
