Which file in media.pk2 must edit to add/remove some skill from skill window in game. (i wan't disable some skills)

not only icon but whole skill :) just make it unavalible. Or opposite of it, if you want add some skill. Which file must edit. There is lot of files and i dont have any idea which is right one :D
