wondering if somecan help!!

Im a noob to this site so flame me if u wish but i just needing some help i downloaded 2 programs and opened them (cause i didnt know i could scan online)
and got keyloggers they havent got me yet luckily i have a firewall to prevnt them but i was wondering HOW THE HELL DO I GET RID OF THEM!! i tried scanning my comp for viruses and nothing i just need someone who wont flame me and let me know some information (this might help for other noobs whos done the same)

lemme guess, u dled the metspammer and aimbot by burn4you.....if not tell us what u dled as could elp knowing what u got so we can c what acctully infected u

yes i got the aim bot and i got copartner without emulator (just scrolled down far enough for virus scan)

kinda thought woulda been 1 of em, for the copartner not sure for te aimbot try macafee or nod32 those ive found remove alot of crap otherwise best thing after them is norton 2007

ok ive got mcaffe and that did nothing it detects the PuPs but says it cant remove them says make sure there not full writed or something like that
