[HELP] Loop does not open the NPC

I'm using DB-BOT 1.0, in loop mode, only the NPC opens but does not select any option and it is locked.
if anyone knows how to solve this please reply.
(Note: my configuration is in 800x600)

if your trying to loop on zszc the it wont work
if using on swsro(1,2) the try using it on windowed mode( Alt+Enter)

No, ask the experts is the same as asking for support. Its all based on how you word the question.
