ok i know know that i was not supposed to put cd before the rest.but when i type in just java -Dragon QOProxy it says java is not recognized as an internal or external command. i have downloaded the latest version of java and still the same thing if some one else has this problim or if some one can please give some info or right derection on how i can fix this please let me know
