Getting Socket Help!

I m going to spam met to get socket of ring,boot,necklace.
and i wanted to get some suggestion on wad quallity of ring boot necklace got higher chance ?
and spam until lvl wad then respam another new one. can ur help me pleasE!

i Just recently quit CO ( Im now playing WoW lol) so ill share with u ,This is how i do my met spamming, i bring 100-200 Mets and then spam each item until the lvl reaches lvl 60 and then i got onto the next item, but every 100 mets i move onto a different item e.g. if i was on boots i go onto necky. I Usually have alot of luck spamming with coronets and shields.
