[Req] Rappelz DE-English Patch

As title would suggest =)

Prefer E6, if you wouldn't mind an E7 translation as soon as it comes out that would be wonderful.

Also if I can add - Please do a refresh on current KTS english patch , im like stuck with too much empty string-ing in the game
