how to record control key

I'm making a macro, and i need to hold down control key for it because i need to jump and pk as part of my macro. I recorded with macro express serveral times and it just doesn't record the ctrl keys for me... so my chars won't jump or pk, causing my macro to fail...

any1 have any suggestions on how to solve this?

if u record mouse it dosent work becouse if someon hit u u will stop
for examle if u record mouse to jump around the stack if monster hit u u will stop and jump not around it

no i'm in a non-monster area and everything will work perfect if i can pk and jump...
