how to change private server language english to french language it's possible ?

Language on the server? Or u mean the client? If u mean server or the server software itself, i think possible but takes a lot of effort and why do u want to change that? Its just functional use which u may not even touch again unless u want to shutdown/restart the service.

My advice is you have to be a little more specific of what u need help with.

^^ no i say if it's possible in the fr client all in is french, in the us client all in is english i want to have a fr server and no a english server it's possible to change that or it's very difficult because all language need to be translate ? exemple knock out in french = panacé critique

Try releasing something useful (or something at all) before calling people useless.

If the OP ever comes back to this topic, which I doubt, you can either translate the interface or better yet, grab a Shaiya FR client if you can find one.

Same as in the title is it possible to change the language from Portuguese to Polish? (official server) These could be illegal programs or something like that I would be very grateful if someone could change the whole game into Polish ;)
