Noob Question

Ok, Don't flame me.. I'm still new at this... I made a weapon the other day.. And I made it it's own item in the game. Now, I was wondering.. My glow effect doesnt work, how do you add a glow effect to a weapon?

1. what version ur using?
2. did u add ur effect to those folders -
a) 3DEffectObj.ini
b) 3DTexture.ini
c) Action3DEffect.ini
d) 3DEffect.ini
? :D
