[ERROR] NPC?

i was adding NPCs and whe n itried to test it out i got this error:

The npc does already exist :)

Try read the error:

I already un did wat i did in OLDCOB and deleted the NPC ID but it still wont work and gives me errors....

OMFG i feel so stupid TY so muc for opening my eyes XD
