Since when where people able to make .c3 edits?
When did half of the Elipvp community become, well, rude arrogant pricks?

The douchebag thingys happened gradually. The .c3 plugin was released for quite some time ago. Not sure when, can't really remember. 3-4-5 months. Probably a year or two since SirMagus showed the first ones, you should know this.

Anyways, this will probably be closed pretty quick.

Question one, Never, but a good time back someone discovered how to create them.
Question two, Depends who you think on, yes we have some money grubbers here, very few plays CO now days.
