[Help] How to hex IP 11 digits?

Hi everybody!
I have 2 IP add: 118.69.209.xxx (11 digits) and 113.162.202.x (10 digits). When i open port on ip 10 digits and hex file game.exe same. It's run. But when i open port on ip 11 digits and hex file game.exe same, It can't run. I think file game.exe can't understand ip have 11 digits. Pls help me how to hex file game.exe to understand ip 11 digits.

you can not change the size of the file when you edit are you inserting the last digit?

u go over the nulls and the old ip, if its less than there are u have to make the other part of the old ip's null. if its more make the next 2 nulls if they arent already.

I don't understand, can u help me hex this file. replace 113.162.202.0 to 118.69.209.190 ?

find in exe 118.69.209.xxx
and change as u wish..
