I believe met spammer is a program which helps you to spam meteors at Artisian Wind in TC. I haven't tried it out before but i think it helps to spam meteors faster.

You know when you upgrade your weapons or armours at twin city, you use the npc by the name of Artisian Wind. When upgrading you use meteors there, so the met spammer helps to put in meteors into the slot faster.

basically... it's for super lazy ppl who have a lot of mets... and some how need a program to met items because their busy lives are keeping them from doing it themselves... but still have time to collect all those mets...
