do i have to make my oem ip1 my ip4 address like this below

Only one that has to be changed is the oem.dat ip
If you are using hamachi you want that ip address in it.
If you are non hamachi then you put the ip you are using for your non hamachi address which should be your actual ip address

try to make one space at [Header] and [Group1]

when people loggin they get cant connect to server due to server maint i tried to redo the client put all the hamachi ips and names and uploaded my client and patches to my friends and they patched the client but when they loggin they get the error anyone could help me in my server?

your ip in your and your friends client must be same with acc and msg server ip .

they are the same but i just rechecked all the ips and names they seem exactly fine
