Guys I need someones help to create me any server 5095,

I don't setup server about 5-6 months , and formatted system couple times

and now something is missing about my configration,
I need a prof of server setup to help me
I can login locally from lan

but users can't login I has portfoward fixed :\

if who fix my problem I gave him codes of popup after login to vote or ads.

and also my prays on he/she
