Swsro DB-bot

Hey guys.
I got problem that nobody can help me and i dont know what to do...
This is the problem that i get every time that i try to open bot and i tried all the versions,and the C++ didnt helped:

I posted the answer the other day in a topic.
Also the cause of this error message is easily discovered when you search it on google.
When you encounter this error,it means either you don't have NET frameworks from microsoft or a outdated version.

That means that i need to download Frameworks? or what?
