Yeah but the process you have to take to actually chargeback via moneybookers takes forever and a pretty low chance you will actually win the chargeback.

You must just go to your bank and report stolen your credit card and transaction not confirmed by you. Then your bank chargeback your money from moneybookers , and moneybookers takes money from person who you payed. You can report that in ~30 after make peyment. Its working with paypal and i think its work with moneybookers for sure .
