Easy program to open clients?

Which program is the best pixel program to make it auto open clients then put password in the clients then just loggin?

Suggest please!
And ty for your help, I also might consider doing this in C# instead.

If the same account/password you could simply do it with an macro.
If diffrent I guess it still could be done by scheduling them in order. But how many accounts you planning to use with this?
