Speed Hack [ NOT SP Hack ]

Hey, I downloaded SP hack, Worked fine ^@^ Perfect infact.
But i downloaded a Speed hack ** NOT SP HACK **
An it doesnt work.? Why is that? can anyone give me a link to a WORKING SPEED hack not SP Hack.
Please dont close thread. this isnt a question i need help.
