Error when I press Start Client

Hi every1, im getting an error when i press start client, i just downloaded the game from the main thread, i downloaded the patch 1.678, extracted everything, patched the game, but i still get this error when I press Start Client, im using windows 7 x64 on a core2 duo 2.8Ghz, with an ATI Radeon HD4890, 4Gb of Ram

I'm running on win7 64 bit aswell. My fix was: doing all the steps on a XP computer -> Transfer ZSZC folder to my pc.
Apparently the updating (and the unpacking for me as well) just doesn't work correctly on win7 (64 bit).

yeah, the thing is that i wont want to try on a xp computer, i wanna play on windows 7 and i dont want to reinstall windows for this game... isnt there any other way? ive tryed on a laptop with windows 7 x64 and it works, but doesnt work on my desktop pc
