starting +7 here's what you do, do them in the EXACT order and exaxtly as i say.
1. wake up at 12 am EXACTLY.
2. drink some coffee
3. take a cold shower
4. run around naked around your neighborhood while using an airhorn to wake up the neighbors
5. login into cabal and go to pf.
6. take off all your equips and kill 10 cornus WITHOUT dying
7. go to bi and try your upgrade with 1 uch.
this works 100% :D
