ZsZc bot problem

My friend got some lil problems with the new crack of sro-db bot

if hes logged in "finally" the bot does not show his char infos/skills etc

hes doing everything correct i sended him the tut from Darkness

but still the bot dont shows his char info/skills etc

I have the same problem, I log but the bot doesn't recognize the character. Can any of you tell me how do I get a work bot? And, if it's not asking too much, a little tutorial :x
