C# EMU HELP

HI THERE

I have 3 questions:
1-What client is the best v.240 v.122 v1.52 ?
2-I get this on the consoloe [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
MISSING ESSENTIEL [NEW]
MISSING ESSENTIEL [SERVER]
etc but texdata is ok
3-When i press the botton create(on character) it stuck and don't go to the next step.:confused:

is beacase the basedate haved a diferent name i put emulator and it work
but char creator still stuck, freeze

which emu r u talking about?
