Who know how to get domain name free?like .com.net.org

you cant you have to pay for the .com or .net. There is an old saying "in life nothing is free". Get used to it

wrong..we can make our domain..just need a powerfull line and powerfull pc to host it..google is your friend dude:)
there is no free static ip if u never can make your own domain..you will have to pay to your host;)

there is NO WAY to get a free .com .net or any other top level domain name (exept .tk and co.cc is not a top level , same as co.nr isnt a toplevel)

there is 1 way , but that going cost you about 2 mill to be able to register your own domain names (you just became a domain name hoster o.O )

anyway , there is no free way to get a top level domain like a .com or .net or any of those others (exept those putted above)

then for a static ip , it depends on your provider if you get a static ip or not

in most cases you got a static ip (depends on county ofcourse) but on other country's are it variable ip's

you can solve that problem with a dynamic dns (dyndns for example)
as it points a website back to your ip when it change

a other option to get a static ip is a vps or a dedicated , but like you know they are not free eather

so its like deadpool says , Nothing is free in live , and if it is free then there is a catch on it (try to find that catch :P)
