IBot (9) Error with Hardmod 9.1

Hey Guys, i searched the whole forum about this error, but i couldnt find anything..
When after is start The Ibot.exe i start the HArdmod.exe...
Then i klick on Launch. After 2 seconds this little window with this strange
Letters with the (9) at the end opened. What to do? :)

redownload/reinstall/redownload bot/redownload loader/reinstall system, if nothing changed.
I have never used them, but before you would ask for help, do the best you can about it.

I reinstalled all but saame happens...
i dont know what to do i have windows7 . Yeah i run as admin and my pc is very good.

Try xp sp2 compatibility.
