crosshair shadow edits

hi i was bord so i decided to make some shadows.

1. extract it into a new folder.
2. copy the dds file.
3. paste it into C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\data\pic\shadow
4. try it out.

Dont forget to make a backup incase you dont like it.

There are more inside the file. eg. Blue with normal cross hair and Green with crosshair, Hope u like em. :D

iono but for me there isnt a folder called shadow. in the pic folder theres only a file named Syndicate.tga. Should i rename my shadow to that and replace it? or should i create a shadow folder and put it inside the folder?

EDIT: Nvm got it 2 work, made a folder called shadow in it and put the thing in and also put the file in the pic folder so dont no which 1 is the correct 1.

1. go to: C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\data\pic
2. Create a new file and call it "shadow" ( without the " )
3. put the shadow dds file of your choice into the file.
4. Go on CO and try it out.
5. give me karma :D

still doesnt work

i load the program n extract to the folder shadow but it doesnt work?

umm.. make a new folder and extract the rar file into it.
Copy ONE of the dds files (for the shadow) and paste it into..

C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\data\pic\shadow

If you dont have the "shadow" file, Then create one and put ONE of the dds files into it.

ps. make sure its the CO2 folder, Not CO1.

i got normal red shadow and i like my shadow.
but nice try i like the idea but it could get crazy if a lot of ppl in the same space :P

how come the shadow onli works for male chars and not female chars

wen i login...i see the shadow work for half a second then its gone..iono y mayb cuz i edited my other files but iono how to keep the shadow..hlp plz

Can anybody post a scrrenshot of those shadows ? the one i have now are red and i dont like them very much , id like them blue , +k for u if u create blue shadows ;)
