may i ask for the numbers of the attack speed of

B.2h sword

C. bow
D. no weapon if it isnt 0(edit)
ill do the rest. i kinda know how to use the UCE. and please do tell me if we cant mod their speed. i manage to drop the powerful upward slash's cd and can almost spam it if it wrent for the second cd from the powerful upward slash.
