[swsro1] question about pw reset

i got an account for swsro1 but i dont know the password, but i know the email, and the pw-changer thing ( I mean QQ). Is there any way to change the password? If i write e-mail to the admins of swsro with the account's email,they will reset the pw? Is it possible? And whats the e-mail can i write for?

Have you got your order number?
If yes,you can get your password back when you write to Maya at MSN/Mail.

If no,have you got any screens from low lvl stages on your char?
This is reallyimportant proof that you are REAL owner of your account.

no, i registered it when it was free..

Then I can't help you,even if I would talk to Maya he would say that he need profs that you're owner like it was before when I were helping one dude with exact problem like you have.

He had all infos,QQ,mail,password,new password(because PWChange site was bugged) and he had no order number then he didn't receive his account.
