In the website it says I don't need a new account but ingame when I try to log in it says Failed To Connect (C10), how can I fix this?

He is my brother, what he is saying is that after the server merge he can't log in in the server it says c10 error, but he can connect to his other accounts.

Problem Type: CID in use.
Problem Information:
-If you are using an account with the same CID as another one, you can only login with one at a time.
OR
-Someone else is using your CID
Solution: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

when i had to change the cid is not the c10, when u need to change cid is when u try to connect and it says you have to wait 5 min cuz u r already in and u wait hours and still...
Any other solutions ?

The error is going on after server merge so is like 2 - 3 days with error so pc got restarted .. and router was restarted this morning and nothingQuote:

Well, 4 servers got merged so 2 Servers, when i log in my acc in the other server merged i got my same characters lvs etc but with no armors, 0 gold etc, in my brother's acc when i log in in the other server merged he doesn't have characters and i created 1 character with the same name and class and everything and i could... is like his characters got deleted, cuz i can connect to other server but not the one he played...

I have c10 error too on my other account,I changed the CID and still don't works.
