120 Trojan Armor

My friend just hit lvl 120, and upgraded his trojan's equips.
Now, the game crashes his comp every few minutes.
Could this be a result of his armor and new weapons?
His comp was 100% fine before the 120 upgrades.

The computer completely crashes after running the game for 5-10 mins.
There are no error messages, it simply crashs without warning.

The only thing that's different than before is that his char has reached 120.

I don't know what it looks like when his computer crashes, since I am not there to see it.
All he says is that it completely crashes.
He is going to try reformatting his computer, hopefully that will fix the problem.

Well mabie its just the conquer cilent its self. Does it crash befor he gets on conquer? cuz my freind had the same problem not the 120 problem but when he loaded up conquer his computer would auto restart. he uninstalled and reinstalled it fixed it but if it restarts befor he gets on co then like above you need to reformat or do a few virus scans

Ask him to describe what exactly happens in the crash. Knowing will give me an idea of what could be causing the problem.

Ask him/her/you to uninstall/reinstall Conquer Online before reformatting.
