need hellp

someone plz help me. i downlaoded this game and did everything and i created my charcter. but everytime i clcik my charcter and clik enter or go play whatever. ti loads up the keyboard screen first and then the screen closes and a Fatal error comes up saying. cannot compres images or something. im running on a good comp too -.-
