You dont convert the string to hex.

You need to find a bit flag which isnt being used and assign it to an effect so that when that flag is on the effect is displayed.

so where i can find that bit
or can you chang that i want like that
Dodge = 0x4000000,
Fly = 0x8000000,
Intensify = 0x10000000,
CastPray = 0x40000000,
Praying = 0x80000000

You need to add a new one, look at the existing ones and figure out the sequence and then have a guess what comes next.
