Skill Values

Hi everybody! I don't speak german so i will use english hoping you understand me :) ..I have a question. Is there anyone who can tell me how can i find the skill values on a 4Story server? For example, for the value for the Tinktur is 919. So, how these values can be founded? If there is a person who can make a tutorial, is excellent :)

p.s. and what programs i need to use for that?

Here you have got a skilllist.

The list is in german.
The most important skillvalues are from:
1100 to 1105 .
And from 900 to 920.

You could use this Hack

I'm not from England and my english is not so good :D .. Thanks for help but i want to know how can i find these values. I know that i can use CE and that list, but i want to understand how these people discovered that skill values :)..i don't know if you understand me :|

1.You have to find your magical damage and magical miss rate and the skill address
2.Freeze damage and miss to 0
3.Cast the spell whose id you want to know, and then the id is in the skill address
