how to get nado for water

ok, i've seen ppl who r waters that have turnado. And a month ago it was like fire lvl 4 and lvl 80 to get nado, but it seems like tq changed it to fire tao w/ mana 160 for requirement...

so any1 would give me advice on how to learn nado w/ a water?

Fire taos can only learn it. 160 mana req has been there, so people allot their fires correctly.

so water tao's can't learn it now? it not fair the earlier one's can and a month later we low-lvls can't...
